Interested in making a movie in the summer? Cinelab is a two-week filmmaking program for aspiring independent filmmakers, ages 14-19 held at the UBC Point Grey campus in Vancouver

Young artists are empowered to create unique short films from start to finish with the support of experienced professionals. In small crews, participants are guided through the complete filmmaking process from scripting to directing, from lighting and editing, to bring their creative visions to life. Completed works debut at a special red carpet film premiere at The Cinematheque.

Both the City of North Vancouver and the District of North Vancouver offer full bursaries to youth or families experiencing financial need.
